Madelaine Braver, the associate at Curley & Rothman, holds a Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Health Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Human-Environmental Interaction from the College of Wooster.
Madelaine concentrates her practice in real estate and civil litigation. She tirelessly advocates for her clients, ensuring that the law is accessible to them
While in Case Western’s Health Law Clinic, Madelaine helped develop a plan for using the Internet of Things as a first line, hidden, emergency tool for victims of domestic violence. She also conducted research on legal landscape surrounding the lack of privacy and ethics in reproductive mobile health applications (FemTech). She was awarded Case Western’s Shy Fellowship for her work in the critical fields of data privacy and data ethics.
She is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Madelaine enjoys teaching tricks to her senior chocolate lab, Samantha, and hiking in Wissahickon Park.
