The firm is led by Charles (Chuck) Curley, a crafty litigator and trusted counselor to individuals and businesses, large and small. Chuck's primary expertise is employment law, but he also manages the firm's multi-faceted civil litigation caseload.
Scott Rothman manages the firm's expansive real estate practice, which includes commerical and residential deals, property development, broker representation, leasing, and litigation. Through his longstanding service on behalf of the major title insurance companies, Scott has also developed the skill set to handle many types of civil litigation.
Scott is also a licensed title agent and settlement officer, and operates the firm’s title agency, Spring Mill Settlement Services, which provides title, escrow and closing services for commercial and residential real estate transactions.
